I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my robotics parts. I brought in some very specific parts, and the quality of the finish and the clean edges they achieved are fantastic. I’ll definitely be using them for future custom parts.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was quoted 1-2 weeks to coat 5 steel wheels new out of the box. Took 4 weeks and when I picked up the wheels they had eye bolts in the valve stem holes that needed to be removed still which isn’t the problem. The problem is that the manager scratched the wheels removing the eye bolts and acted like nothing happened. Got them back to the shop to install tires and discovered that none of the wheels were the same color, they were rusting in spots, and there were so many imperfections in each of the 5 wheels. I can’t believe any business would be happy to put out such poor quality work. I received a full refund and will be taking them to a different powder coater to be fixed. I will never do business with Mt Baker Powder Coating again simply because of the lack of customer service and will make sure none of my friends use them in the future.
